A reminder in November - if one were needed - came in relation to the dismissal procedure and the role of appeals. Most of you will be aware that we have for over twelve months now been labouring under new procedures for dismissal, which in order to dismiss somebody fairly set down some stringent procedural steps to be followed in order to make the dismissal.
