The start of October marked the six-month anniversary of the introduction of the Information and Consultation Directive.
As Workplace Law previously reported the Information and Consultation of Employees Regulations 2004 were introduced on 6 April 2005. These state that employees in organisations with 150 or more employees have a right to be informed and consulted on a regular basis about issues in the organisation they work for.
