Regulations that will for the first time outlaw age discrimination in employment are due to come into force 12 months from now on 1 October 2006. A survey by law firm Pinsent Masons revealed that while a significantly high proportion of respondents (66%) confirmed that they are aware of the impending Age Regulations, 32% said they were not aware of the full details.
