Database of case studies on race discrimination

The Commission for Racial Equality (CRE) has published a database of previous court decisions relating to race discrimination, which provides a useful resource for businesses to review the type of race-related problems to watch out for in the workplace. It contains summaries of significant cases that have shaped the law relating to race discrimination in employment, and defined the role of employment tribunals in arbitrating such cases.
