Flexible and part-time working arrangements in the UK are failing to meet the needs of working women and men according to the Equal Opportunities Commission (EOC).
The EOC report, Britain's Hidden Brain Drain, published today [15 September], says that of the country’s 7 million part-time workers, 4 out of 5 are of working in jobs that do not use their potential.
