The case of Williams-Drabble -v- Pathway Care Solutions Ltd and anor (Employment Tribunal Case number 2601718/04) saw one of the first successful claims for religious discrimination under the Employment Equality (Religion or Belief) Regulations 2003, which have been in operation for just over a year.
