A scheme operated by the Royal Mail, rewarding employees with new cars and holiday vouchers if they do not take any sick leave, has been so successful it is to be repeated. The Royal Mail found that attendance levels have increased by 11% - some 1,000 workers a day - since the six-month scheme was launched last August.
