The BBC reports today that a teacher who accused her employers of racial discrimination has had her complaint rejected, but the employment tribunal did find that she was unfairly dismissed.
According to the online news service, Giti Boland, a Mauritian-born Indian who was teaching French at Wymondham College, claimed she had been discriminated against on the grounds of race, including being asked to teach low-level French and supervise oral exams.
