The Mirror reports today that an airline worker who was preparing to have a sex change has won her claim for constructive dismissal and sex discrimination.
Fifty-year-old Malcolm Davidson, an operations controller based at Exeter Airport, is reported to have told his employer Flybe British European that he was doing a "real life" test as a woman to prepare for surgery, and wanted to be called Marlene.
