Optyma Security Systems has been fined £10,000 following a prosecution brought by the HSE after a security service engineer was injured at Greenwich University.
Tom Williams, 23, suffered a fractured skull after he received an electric shock and fell from a ladder while servicing a CCTV camera on top of a six-metre-high mast.
Following the prosecution, HSE Inspector Leo Diez said:
