An employer was partly to blame for injuries suffered in a crash caused by a badly fitted tyre, the Appeal Court has ruled.
The case is the most important ruling so far on corporate responsibility for occupational road risks, writes Essential Risk Consultancy director and legal expert, David Faithful.
