Report into commercial property lease negotiations published at last

The final report of the two-year research study into commercial property leases has been published by the Office of the Deputy Prime Minister (ODPM). The report is from a University of Reading team, which has been monitoring the operation of the 2002 Code of Practice for Commercial Leases.
