A recent spate of thefts from oil tanks across Worcestershire is causing concern to both the police and the Environment Agency, but new regulations due to come into force later this year will it make much harder for thieves to get hold of the oil.The Control of Pollution (Oil Storage) Regulations, which come into full force in September 2005, relate to the storage of oil at commercial premises, and will require companies to make their oil storage more secure and to provide a much higher level...
