The Disability Discrimination Bill is currently making its way through Parliament at Westminster. It will apply UK-wide, and will be the subject of a Sewell motion in the Scottish Parliament later this month.
The Bill makes a number of amendments to the Disability Discrimination Act 1995, (which has already been extended and amended).
