£65,000 fines after window cleaner breaks neck in 25ft fall

Shopping centre County Mall and cleaning contractor Mitie Cleaning South East Limited have been fined a combined total of £65,000 after a window cleaner fell 25 feet from a 'spider' and broke his neck - reports icSurreyOnline.co.uk.
