The Met Office has issued severe weather warnings for much of the country today, and expects the cold weather to continue during the week - particularly in the East of England and Scotland. The snow and ice will undoubtedly cause problems for staff travelling to work, for employers where staff are expected to travel as part of their work, and for the temperature in the workplace itself.
