Asbestos: Duty to Manage Special Report Launched

The Workplacelaw Network has published a new Special Report on the management of asbestos in the workplace. All UK companies have to compile an asbestos management plan for all of their commercial buildings before new legislation comes into effect on 21 May 2004.
