The repercussions of Bob Ross' legal victory over Ryanair and Stansted Airport have been felt across Europe this week, as the European Commission proposed its first piece of disability discrimination legislation.
The new rules would mean that airlines and airports would be required to accept disabled passengers, and would not be allowed to charge a fee to the passenger for such services.
