A company director faces jail after he was found guilty of repeatedly punching an HSE inspector. Self-employed Eric Dawson, 59, became angry when Martin Smith visited his site in Hartlepool in 2003 to tell him some scaffolding was unsafe.
Prosecuting, Vicki Lamballe told Hartlepool Magistrates Court:
