In a case which has serious implications for temporary workers and companies employing them, Cloisters joint head of chambers, Brian Langstaff QC, has helped Mr Hawley, who was seriously injured by a nightclub doorman, win his case against the nightclub at which his assailant worked, Luminar Leisure plc, the security firm to which he was contracted, ASE Security Services Ltd, and the security firm's insurers, Faraday Underwriting Ltd.
