Conway Packing Services were fined £12,000 in January after a worker was nearly killed when he was crushed by a half-ton crate - reports the Birmingham Evening Mail.
Brian Mason says that he may never work, or even walk properly, again after his pelvis was smashed and three ribs were broken when he was pinned to the floor by a packing case he was putting together back in April 2004. Conway Packing Services were prosecuted under the Health and Safety at Work etc. Act 1974.
