Employer warning: Valentine cards lead to employment tribunals

While Valentine’s Day could mark the beginning of an office romance, employers could find themselves dealing with employment tribunals and having to relocate employees when the amorous advances are declined or the relationship goes sour, warns Ray Silverstein of law firm Browne Jacobson.
