The owners of a London cash-and-carry warehouse have been fined £25,000 after a court heard how their negligence allowed an employee to fall to his death.
Sudesh Patel went onto the roof of Dhamecha Foods wholesale warehouse in Barking on 23 June 2003 to clean out the guttering.
