A plant-hire firm and a Cheshire farmer have been fined after admitting to various waste offences: TW Frizell (Haulage and Plant Hire) Limited was fined a total of £20,000, and farmer Rigby Williamson was fined £2,000. They were ordered to pay costs of £1,769.70 each.
