Metropolitan Police Service -v- Shoebridge concerns an employer’s liability for post-termination discrimination.
During his employment with the Metropolitan Police, Mr Shoebridge had successfully raised claims of sex discrimination. He eventually left the police and went to work for Sky News Television.
