£150,000 fine for construction firm - lack of controls cause fatal fall

McDermott Bros Contractors Ltd (MBCL), a London-based construction company, has been fined £150,000 at Southwark Crown Court. The HSE prosecution followed its investigation into the death of Mr Vincent Dooley at a building site on 4 December 2000.
