Mohsin Mohmed has lost his high-profile complaint against Virgin Trains, in which he complained he was discriminated against because he refused to shave his eight-inch beard. The claim was thought to be the first under the Employment Equality (Religion or Belief) Regulations 2003, and was heard by a tribunal back in October 2004.
