Part P electrical work hits home

New Building Regulations have been introduced governing the residential sector, which will nevertheless be of interest to the vast majority of businesses.

From 1 January 2005 all electrical work in dwellings will need to comply with Building Regulations Part P requirements and be carried out by persons who are competent to do the work.
