There has been considerable press coverage recently of the pitfalls of employee blogs (that is, weblogs - a form of online diary). This follows the high-profile dismissal in a US flight attendant, Ellen Simonetti, who was dismissed by Delta Air Lines in October 2004 for using "inappropriate images" on her blog, 'Diary of a Flight Attendant'.
