A new TUC report - Dyslexia in the workplace - warns that employers who do not appreciate the link between dyslexia and common performance problems can often judge dyslexic employees unfairly. Dyslexia is one of the disabilities defined by the Disability Discrimination Act DDA, which means that employers have to make reasonable adjustments in the employment of such staff.
