While employers and employees alike may be looking forward to Christmas, employers in particular should be on their guard in case the festive season creates anything but goodwill. Employers may be well versed in the usual dos and don'ts for Christmas parties and the like, but the Christmas season can create some troublesome scenarios for employers to resolve.
