Scottish-based Morrison Construction Services Ltd and East West Developments have been fined a combined total of £82,500 for safety breaches on the £85m Tay Wastewater Project in 2001, but the companies were cleared of responsibility for the death of a workman - report Dundee-based newspaper The Courier.
