Scottish employers face up to new debt-collecting and child-protection laws

Because employment law is not devolved, it’s not often that the Scottish Executive produces legislation that directly impacts on employment law. However, two pieces of legislation from Holyrood - one recent and one imminent - do directly affect employers in Scotland.
