Melvyn Spree, the director of haulage company Keymark Services, has been sentenced to seven years in prison after one of the company's drivers fell asleep at the wheel, killing himself and two other drivers.
The crash was the result of serious road-safety breaches by the company, involving falsifying records and working long hours.
