A businessman has threatened to close his firm down rather than pay a £30,000 compensation award to his former personnel manager, reports the West Cumberland Times & Star.
An employment tribunal made the award after it heard that Gina Goldwater had been the victim of a three-month campaign of humiliation when she worked at Miaguard National Security.
