The London Borough of Bromley and Vinci Park Services UK Limited have received fines totaling £18,000 plus costs, following an HSE investigation into safety at a public car park. The HSE alleged that the defendants had failed to properly inspect and maintain a height restriction barrier at the car park - which was owned by the council who in turn contracted Vinci to operate it.
