Two men charged with manslaughter following death of Tebay rail workers

Two men have been charged with manslaughter following the deaths of four Carillion rail workers in February, Architects' Journal reports.

The charges were in relation to an incident in which the rail workers died after being struck by a flatbed trailer that rolled down a slope in Tebay, Cumbria.

According to Architects' Journal, British Transport Police said Mark Connolly, 43, from Anglesey, North Wales, and Roy Kennett, 27, from Maidstone in Kent had both been charged with four counts of m... (60 more words)
