The judgment of the Employment Appeal Tribunal in the case of Sarah Vince-Cain (the applicant) and Orthet Limited (the respondent) was recently delivered. The applicant, Sarah Vince-Cain, represented by Gary Tobin of Hempsons and Rachel Crasnow of Cloisters, claimed unfair dismissal and unlawful sex discrimination and was awarded in excess of £100,000.
