Three road workers who were sacked for taking off their personal protective equipment (PPE) on a hot day are to take their employers, contractor Amey Lafarge, to a tribunal for unfair dismissal, the BBC reports.
Amey Lafarge is reported to have said that it has a strict policy on workers wearing PPE.
