The Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) has published a new guide on employing people with criminal records.
The publication, entitled Employing ex-offenders: a practical guide, makes the case for employing this significant group within the workforce and covers the job application, recruitment, interviewing and post-application process.
