New restrictions to combat the compensation culture and restrict the ability to sue for damages are being proposed by the Conservatives, the BBC reports.
According to the online news service, shadow home secretary David Davis is today expected to set out plans for limits on liabilities for directors and organisations.
He is also reported to want to scrap parts of the sex and race discrimination laws, believing existing laws positively encourage people to sue.
