The Royal Institute of British Architects (RIBA) has published a policy statement on employment practice for its members; the policy has been developed in association with Workplace Law.
The first stage, approved by the RIBA Council in May 2004, is a concise policy statement that encourages employment best practice and emphasises the business as well as the social case for adopting good employment practice in architecture.
