FM providers will need to be wary of this Court of Appeal
decision. Mr Humphreys was employed by Oxford University as an exam
administration officer but was informed that his employment would be
transferred to the Associated Examining Board (AEB). He objected to
transferring to AEB, because this would involve substantial,
detrimental, changes to his working conditions. The main change was
