An annual survey into employee absence has shown that a majority of employers have noticed an increase in stress-related absence in the last year.
The survey of 1,110 UK employers, published today at the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development’s (CIPD) Stress and the Law Conference, also reveals that overall absence levels and the associated costs have increased.
