Six Tube workers who were sacked after empty beer cans were found in a mess-room have lost their unfair dismissal case.
The sackings were upheld despite tests finding none of the workers were positive for drugs or alcohol.
The London Underground maintenance workers were dismissed by Metronet in October when empty cans and an empty cognac bottle were discovered at Farringdon Tube station.
