A new system that gives firefighters an increased amount of information specific to premises can assist business compliance with the Fire Precautions Act 1971, Fire Precautions (Workplace) Regulations 1997, and Management of Health and Safety at Work Regulations 1999, says the South Wales Fire and Rescue Service, which is piloting the system.
