Drug testing will do nothing for the productivity, safety or profitability of UK companies, said the TUC, as it welcomed a report published yesterday by the Independent Inquiry into Drug Testing at Work.
The TUC gave evidence to the Inquiry on the basis of its work in this area and was represented on the steering group.
The TUC’s evidence argued:
