On 29 April Baroness Scotland, Home Office Minister of State, reaffirmed the Government’s commitment to introduce legislation for a new offence of Corporate Killing. She was not in a position however to announce any specific proposals for reform.
According to Baroness Scotland the government is still aiming to publish a draft Bill before the end of the current parliamentary session in October 2004.
