Mandatory Retirement Age
According to a report in the Financial Times last month, the Government is still undecided on whether the mandatory retirement age should be moved. According to the report, the Department of Trade and Industry and the Department of Work and Pensions cannot agree on whether companies should retain the right to insist on a mandatory retirement age.
