Sovereign Rubber Ltd of Stockport have been fined a total of £175,000
plus £20,000 costs after pleading guilty at Manchester Minshull
Street Crown Court to three charges arising from two incidents at
their premises in Carrington Field St, Stockport in October 2001.
On 29 October 2001 company employee Malcolm France, a maintenance
engineer, died while attempting to clear a blockage on a Carter Mk 3
